1. Deposit agreement:
AT YOUR SERVICE EVENT DESIGNERS require a $100 nonrefundable deposit.
If the event is more than $500, we require a 20% deposit. All Deposits
are nonrefundable with NO EXCEPTIONS! There is a $40 additional
charge for all NSF checks. Plus a $5.00 processing fee.
2. Fee for Additional
hours: There will be a charge for additional time after the expected
end of the party.
3. Party Location:
We will gladly host your party at the location of your choice, as
long as it is in accordance with the rest of our polices and terms
of service.
4. Method of
payment: Cash, Money Order, or Cashier's check
5. RSVP: Please contact us in writing with in 4 days of your event
to finalize all of the details.
6. Final Head
Count: Your bill will be based on your final head count
7. Payment:
Please have the balance of your payment ready upon our arrival in
Cash, Money Order or Cashier's check made to At Your Service Event
Designers.
8. Liability:
Please be advised that At Your Service Event Designers assumes no
responsibility or liability to accidents or damages caused during
your party to your guests or your property. Your party host/entertainer
will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated with care;
however, liability will lie strictly with the client.
9. Allergic
Reactions: At Your Service Event Designers its owners, and employees
assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, allergies relating
to food items, clothing, or make-up, injuries to party guests, or
property damage. As professional event planners, we can assure you
we will provide a safe and entertaining environment for your guests.
10. Supervision:
It is the responsibility of the client, guest and/or guests' parent
or guardian to supervise all activities relating to the entertainment.
11. Late Arrivals:
Our parties are based on a schedule and it is very important that
guests arrive on time.
12. Non Performance:
If At Your Service Event Designers does not perform at your event
for any reason then your deposit will be completely refunded with
out any claims against At Your Service Event Designers.
13. Tables &
Chairs: It is the clients' responsibility to provide all the necessary
tables and chairs.
14. Party Favors:
If you have selected a package with party favors then your favors
will be provided to you on the day of your event.
15. Music: We
provide our own radio/Karaoke machine.
16. Outlets/Extension
Cords: The client is responsible for providing an outlet and all
the necessary extension cords for our radio, Karaoke machine, etc...
17. Travel fee
outside of 20 miles and additional cost for more than 20 children
may apply.
18. Prices subject to change without notice. Parties with a paid
deposit are not subject to an increase in price.
