The
death of a loved one is one of the most emotional times in a person's
life, and it can be difficult to make important decisions in such
a vulnerable state. At At Your Service Event Designers, we take care
of those details so your family won't have to. Thinking about mortality,
especially your own, isn't easy, but it is wise to make decisions
before they become necessary. By taking the initiative now, your loved
ones do not have to guess what your wishes would have been later.
Planning ahead of time can reduce much of the confusion and trauma
brought about by death.
Our role is to ensure that all of your wishes are recognized and fulfilled.
Our goal is to make your time of loss less burdensome for your family;
being prepared ahead of time gives you that peace of mind. We serve
as liaisons and guarantee that your requests are implemented with
professionalism and care.
| We provide the following
services: |
- Preparing a
portfolio, including your personal profile, plus one copy
of each pertinent document

The importance of planning
ahead:
You've planned many aspects of your life: taking vacations, getting
married, having children, and retiring. You've insured yourself
against unforeseen events: accidents, fires, floods, and death.
However, because most of us do not like to think about death, we
avoid making important decisions regarding death in advance. Why
not go one step further to protect your family?
A time of overwhelming
grief and confusion often immediately follows a death. Attending
to details only adds to the trauma of life without the deceased
and can be overwhelming for your grieving family. As they struggle
with their loss, they must attend to the details of a viewing/visitation,
a funeral, and adjusting to life without the deceased. During a
time filled with grief and trauma, it is often difficult for families
to concentrate on making these decisions. However, making these
arrangements in advance allows you to gain the assurance that comes
from making unhurried, educated decisions. In addition, it ensures
that all of the arrangements will be made according to your personal
preferences. Most importantly, though, prior planning will give
your family a sense of invaluable security.
Planning ahead of time can remove some of the emotional burden placed
on your family. There are many matters to take care of, such as
the establishment of a will, the implementation of adequate life
insurance, the creation of a living will, arranging guardianship
of your children, and designating someone to choose the type of
medical care you would want if you become unable to speak for yourself.
You might also have special wishes concerning your final arrangements,
such as where to be buried, the recipient of your personal effects,
and how to be remembered.
Making these decisions
today, with the help of At Your Service Event Designers, permits
you to tend to every detail personally and allows you to make logical,
well thought out plans, which your family will appreciate. At Your
